◆◇◆The Niigata Local Sake Fair to be held at N’ESPACE Niigata
The Niigata local sake fair will be held at N’espace Niigata with the cooperation of Niigata local sake breweries, Obata brewery of Sado (producer of the Manozuru label) and Ichishima brewery of Shibata (producer of the Omon label).
In the first part of this event, we will have a mini seminar to showcase Niigata sake and the rich local culture of Sado and Shibata, hometowns of flavorful sakes. In the second part, we will have a sake tasting of various kinds of Niigata sake including Manozuru and Omon while enjoying a special spring dinner of Niigata local cuisine. This is a great opportunity to become familiar with Niigata’s superb sake and rich local culture.
